How to Use InStitch
Process Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho shipping labels in under a minute
Getting started

Download your label PDFs from Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or the Meesho Supplier Panel — the same PDFs you'd normally send straight to your printer.

Open InStitch and drag your PDF file onto the upload area, or tap "Choose PDF file". You can upload files from any of the three platforms — InStitch detects which one automatically, so there's no need to select a platform first.

Wait a few seconds while InStitch reads the PDF, strips out anything you don't need (like Amazon's invoice pages), and extracts each label's SKU and quantity.

Review the labels in the results grid. Untick any you don't want to include, or use the search box to find a specific order.

Download your selected labels (or all of them) as a single print-ready PDF, sorted and cleaned up for packing.
Adding SKU translations
If you want each label to show a translated or simplified product name below the SKU — useful when your packing staff read a different language than English — InStitch can add that automatically.

Click ⬇ Template at the top of the page to download a starter CSV file with the correct column format.

Open the CSV in Excel or Google Sheets. Fill in your SKUs in the first column and the matching translation or note in the second column — this can be in any language, not just Hindi.

Save the file, then click 📋 Load SKU sheet and select it. InStitch remembers this sheet in your browser, so you only need to upload it once — it'll still be there next time you open the app on the same device.
💡 Tip: the translation appears as a small strip directly below each label, alongside the quantity — the original label content (barcode, address, SKU table) is never modified or covered.
Frequently needed actions
- Wrong SKU sheet loaded? Just load a new CSV — it merges with (and overwrites matching entries in) whatever was already loaded.
- Want to start over? Use the "Start over" button in the results view to clear everything and upload a fresh file.
- Using InStitch offline? Once you've opened it while online at least once, it keeps working without an internet connection — your browser caches the app itself (not your label files).
